Cathy Madden is a master teacher from Seattle and author of Integrative Alexander Technique Practice for Performing Artists. She has been teaching in Australia for around 20 years. Her deep, practical process meets you exactly where you are, offered with warmth, humour and kindness, and leaves you able to keep discovering on your own.

The workshops welcome newcomers and are invaluable for Alexander teachers and trainees.
