Greg Holdaway presenting to a group

Greg brings the Alexander Technique to organisations, conferences and teaching communities: practical, engaging sessions where everyone experiences something new about how they move, think and work.

For organisations and groups

Talks and hands-on workshops, from an hour to a full day, tailored to your people. Suitable settings include:

  • Music schools, orchestras, choirs, bands and ensembles
  • Music teachers’ associations and school staff
  • Performing arts health and wellbeing conferences
  • Workplaces wanting practical help with desk work, stress and wellbeing
  • Community, health and wellbeing groups

Greg has presented for the Australian Society of Performing Arts Healthcare, the Australasian Piano Pedagogy Conference, flute, guitar and violin societies, conductors’ and band conferences, and music teachers’ associations.

For Alexander Technique schools and trainees

Greg is a senior international trainer and a sponsor (assessor) for Alexander Technique International. He teaches as a guest in Alexander Technique schools in Australia and overseas, including Japan and Korea, and supports trainees who would like mentoring or assessment.

Greg teaching an Alexander Technique lesson online over video

Online lessons are surprisingly effective. We work with your own activities in your own space, wherever you are in the world, using video and clear words to guide you.
