The perfect series of classes for those new to the principles of BodyMinded Alexander Technique. Also excellent as a ‘top up’ series to refresh the principles.

We make sure it is all relevant to your daily life.
Each group is unique because every person is unique, the BodyMinded principles are consistent. You bring your challenges (for example: walking up stairs, lifting children, playing your instrument, golf swing etc) and in the class you will be guided to explore constructive new pathways and options for moving and thinking. The goal is always more ease and freedom!
